Short documentary about how global manufacturer MAS Holdings (HQ in Sri Lanka) defy stereotypes of this trade by employing the latest technology to help create a safe, fair, supportive working environment for employees.

We were commissioned to create a short documentary about this revolutionary company, who manufacture apparel for some of the worlds biggest brands. We travelled to Sri Lanka and worked with additional local support crew to document the amazing work MAS do, how they are trying to transform this industry and break the negative stereotypes.

We captured a number of interviews and B-roll both on site in Columbo, and the local villages where employees live, to produce number of cuts, including a longer documentary as well as this short form cut for promotion on social media channels.
