Narayana Health, based in Bangalore, India, runs the world's largest heart hospital, offering affordable and often free healthcare, where thousands of children undergo surgery every year. The hospital is run by the world renowned cardiac surgeon Dr Devy Shetty who has an almost guru like status in India for his amazing work.

We were commissioned by global technology company, Oracle, to produced a short documentary looking at how data is being used to make healthcare more efficient and affordable, so no child has to be turned away for lack of funds.

We travelled to Bangalore, India, and worked with additional local crew, for a packed 3 day shoot consisting of Interviews and supporting b-roll in one of Narayanas hospitals in Bangalore. We witness 1st hand, the amazing work of Dr Shetty and his team, and even filmed him performing open heart surgery.

Our film takes the often dry subject of data processing and sets it against the background of this amazing life saving work, telling an emotive human story about how data analysis can help change and save lives. We provided shorter cuts of varying lengths for a social media campaign, use at internal events as well as the full length version which resides on Oracle YouTube channel.
